Payment
We accept payment by Credit / Debit card, PayPal, Bank Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) and Cheque.
Credit / Debit card payments are processed by a secure payment gateway. The credit card details are not stored once the payment has been processed, so you can be assured a payment can only be charged once.
PayPal payments have an additional 1.5% surcharge to cover PayPal costs.
EFT and Cheque payment details will be available at Checkout. Please note that payment by these methods will take time for the funds to be cleared in our bank resulting in a delay in shipping (please see shipping below for further details).
Shipping
Our shipping rates are calculated according to current Australia Post charges. We do not charge a packaging and handling fees for postage within Australia. Overseas postage will incur a $3.50 p&h fee.
A Shipping Estimator button will appear on your Shopping Cart, so you can view the postage options and charges with estimated date of delivery prior to proceeding to Checkout. The system calculates the cheapest options for standard, express, registered, and insured parcels and will depend on the weight and size of your parcel.
We recommend customers use Registered or Insured Post, especially for breakable and more valuable parcels, and where possible have the item delivered to an adress where it can be personally accepted. Express and Platinum express postal services have a discretionary compensation payment. There is no compensation with Australia post standard parcel service -this service is used at the customers own risk. e-football accepts no liability for consequential loss or damage of parcels.
In most cases, we will post same day for orders received prior to 3pm, Adelaide time (Monday to Friday).
Payments made by EFT and cheque will be posted on the day the funds reach our bank account (normally 2-3 day delay from deposit) unless proof of transfer receipt is emailed to us.
If we envisage any delay in posting, we will contact you.
Walk in collection is available from our shop in Paradise, Adelaide, South Australia. We will have your parcel ready for you.
Returns
Please contact us as soon as possible if there is a problem with your purchase.
E-football will accept responsibility for any faulty or incorrect products that we ship, including incorrect sizes. We will replace these items free of charge, or refund if preferred, subject to the return of the goods in original packaging.
