Goods will be sent out as soon as money has cleared in our account. Postage will be by via the method chosen at the time of ordering.
e-football will accept responsibility for any faulty or incorrect products that we ship, including incorrect sizes. We will replace these items free of charge, or refund if preferred, subject to the return of the goods. All goods must be returned with tags and/or packaging, or we cannot accept a return.
Please inform us of intention to return within 5 days of receipt. Items for return must be received back within 10 days of receipt, unless there are special circumstances, which will be at the discretion of e-football.
